This post is called while waiting because I am waiting for the irritating Food Intake Assessment to analyse my diet!!! Meanwhile, I know you are just sitting comfortably in your chair reading my posts...
But!

My 3-day diet

Here is my 3-day diet track record:

Friday, 6/8/10:

6.15am - 1 cup Nespray Powdered Milk; 1 Tan Kim Hock Pineapple Pie

10.10am - 1 Macdonalds Hotcake Meal (includes 3 hotcakes; 2 pkts butter; 3/4 pkt maple syrup; 1 hashbrown; 1 small cup of coca cola)

During the day - 300ml of Plain Water

7.30pm - 1 bowl Mee Rebus; 1 cup Fresh Red Apple Juice

Sunday, 8/8/10:

9.00am - 1 cup 3-in-1 Milo, 1 pkt Hello Panda (chocolate)

12.00pm - 1.5 pkt Nasi Lemak; 0.5 cup Sunkist Apple Juice

7.30pm - 1 bowl Claypot Rice with Chicken and Chinese Sausage; 1 bowl Lotus Soup; 1 cup Soya Bean Drink; 50g Black California Raisins

Monday, 9/8/10:

9.30am - 1 cup 3-im-1 Milo; 1 slice Gardenia White Bread with Skippy Peanut Butter

12.30pm - 1 Tori Q Meal Set A

3.00pm - 1 small cone Soft Ice Cream

6.00pm - 1 piece Ribeye Steak (BBQed); 1 Chicken Sausage (BBQed); 2 Borswurst Sausages (BBQed); 1 Chicken Wing (BBQed); 1 Fuji Apple with Peel; 1 can Coca Cola

10.35pm - 3/4 cup Sunkist Apple Juice
